anyone having trouble with asset acceptance llc?


Hi Sabrina

There is sufficient information about the mentioned company in this forum. Just look out for this collection agency in the search button placed at the bottom left hand side of this window.

I never heard from anyone posting something nice about Asset Acceptance. I am sure that you will also get the required information from here before dealing with them.

Since the debt has been discharged, send Asset Acceptance proof of it (certified/return receipt). Then they will have no choice but to discontinue their efforts in trying to collect. IF they do not stop, call an attorney because then they are violating the law. A lawsuit will stop them, but if they are smart, they will back-off when they get the bankruptcy information.
