Over charges for application fee.
I have been charged $334. twice on my credit card when I re-fied. I have been trying and trying to get this resolved with no avail. I have talked to Matt Houle about this matter and
allso sent a letter to my loan consultant, Kelli Jo Vaccaro. I have not heard from her. My acct. personal information removed Can you please look into this matter?
