I have a pdl with Payday Services...

I do not know how to get in touch with Payday Services. I know this sounds stupid, but I don't know who they are. I have sent letters to all of the other pdl companies and need to send on to the because they gave me a $725 loan and I can't repay it. I am in Louisiana and the max is $350. Any advice??

I actually found them very understanding and easy to work with. I still owed them money on the principle when I defaulted and they made decent payment arrangements with me.

I just looked at the last letter I got from them and my last contract...and know where does it show what state they are in. What state are you in??? To find if they are licensed in your state go to your state attorney's office and check under the licensing data base...under lenders.
