no return call

2 days after i registered with this forum igot a call from a counselor,he got interrupted and said he would call back in five minutes. i'm still waiting though i have contacted a few dmp companies on my own.why no callback??
Have you tried to call your counselor back? Maybe he hasn't had
Have you tried to call your counselor back? Maybe he hasn't had time to get back to you. Try to call back and don't be shy about asking why you haven't heard from him. But, be polite, he is there to help you afterall. Good Luck!
