YOU MIGHT TRY THE HAINES DIRECTORY IF YOUR STATE HAS ONE.A LOT OF BUSINESSES HAVE THESE DIRECTORYS,SUCH AS BUY HERE PAY HERE COMPANIES.I WAS TOLD THAT THE PAYDAY LOAN COMPANIES WILL CONTACT YOU BY LETTER AND THEN TURN IT OVER TO collection agencies,AND THEN YOU CAN FILE ON THEM.HOPE THIS HELPS SUESU22

Maybe on your BK petition you can list their internet address and fax #, and in parenthesis state that they will not give out their real address. Then when you actually file, you can fax the BK notice to them.

EDIT: You know what else I just thought of... most of these places pull a Teletrack report on you when they first give you the loan. Contact Teletrack for a copy of your report, and it would have their address on it. www.teletrack.com/consumers/faq.html
