Collection Agency for Dell

You can contact dell with your account information and assuming it hasn't been so long as to purge your account information then they should be able to tell you who owns or is managing the account.

Has anyone had an ccount with Dell and then been turned over to a collection agencies? If so could you give me some names and maybe I can find out which one is handling mine.

I really do not want to call Dell but if I have to I will.

Hi I have a Dell account and while I haven't had it in collections (been behind a month a couple of times) I have dealt with Dell. I would suggest maybe typing in your problem in the search bar at the top and see if anything comes up. but also please contact Dell, i'm sure they're much more receptive to dealing with someone who is actively trying to resolve their debt than someone who doesn't communicate with them. They may even tell you that they sold your debt and won't deal with you but you never know if you don't contact them. I've had some conversations with their cust. reps and they've been pretty nice. I've got my beefs with them and my positive experiences. good luck, let us know what happens please.
