Guys I can't seems to find mailing address for USA Payday, National Check Cashers and Buckeye Check Cashers. Can anyone help? Thanks Reny

well, I live in Ohio and they are not legal here, so I e-mailed them and advised them of that, I used that letter you gave me. They wrote me back and said I borrowed 500 and had already padi 300, so I would just then owe 200. She said she could set that up for me if I wanted, however that was a few days ago and I've not repsonded yet. I'm signing with T & C and they needed the mailing address to send them payments. I guess I could try and call to get it, slim chance probably they will give it but I'll try.

How are things going for you?

I had actually made arrangements to pay back the 300 i owed them, but they took out both the fee of $90 and the $100 payment I had agreed to pay them towards the amount still owed, so needless to say when I closed my bank account I had let these get returned since they did not follow the agreement. I have now received another phone call which i responded to via email and the lady andrienne contacted my via email asking how we can work things out if i have revoked their authorization to debit by bank account. I am now trying to decide exactly how i want to respond to the email. I know i will need an address to send money orders to them so if I get one I will let you know.

That is too funny, well, i also had a call from a manager, i forgot his name but he left a voice mail for me on my phone-he was not friendly at all-that is when i decided to email a second letter and Adrienne was very quick at responding with a very nice email asking me how to "let her know when i had a chance" on how i planned on paying the loan back--i am really not sure how i want to respond yet.

i am dealing with 5 loans-some of which i have way over paid.

I will say i feel much better having closed my account and gotten to take charge of my paycheck again! It just makes you feel good again:)

National and Buckeye are storefronts, correct?

I'd write them back saying that since they are illegal, they are lucky to be getting back just the remainder on the principal, and they will get it when you have taken care of your food, shelter and health needs first, and you can't be exactly sure when that would be.

But that is just what I've written to all of my PDLs....more or less.

I'm still stuck on the storefronts. National and Buckeye. You need an address for them? You can send payments to either the actual storefront or to the corporate office.

cannr, sorry I never got back on last night, I wasn't feeling well. Yes they are store fronts, but I think payments have to go to corp. which is buckeye that's for Express and Checksmart.National Check Cashers is also a store front but I can't find their mailing address either.

Roxy, thanks for the other one!

Well, the only thing I am coming up with is Buckeye Check Cashing of Kentucky, Inc./Buckeye Check$mart & the corporate office is in Dublin, Ohio. I can't find anything on National Check Cashers. Your best bet is to call the local storefronts that you go to and ask for their corporate address or telephone number.
