I'm trying to choose one from the gallery but all the images come up blank. I am unable to open them. Nothing else is working either when I try to upload one from my computer.

well, if you got it from another site on the internet, you would still need to save it onto your computer (put it somewhere where you won't forget and is easy to find) and then go into your profile and pull it up from there, in order for it to work. If you need more help, let me know. shirley
