I need help, and I don't know what to do. I have fallen behind on my bills so I took out several payday loans to help cover the cost of them, but the pdls are making it much worse (my bank account is now in the red by 800 dollars). My credit is shot due to a bankrupcy that i filed two years ago, so I cant get any kind of loan to help pay thing off. Every credit counsling person that I have talked to said that they can't put a pdl into a consolidation. What should I do I'm in a real bind and i'm stressed out over it. Any help would be great.

Becca, You have come to the right place for help. There are many people here that have been in your situation. Could you please tell us what state you are in , who you have loans with, whether they are storefront or internet, how much you borrowed, and the total of how much you have paid back (for example, Fast Cash - borrowed 300, paid - 450). If you can post this information, we can start helping you.

I live in Ohio, and I have two Store front loans (one with cashland thats $550 which all of it is due 11/26)
I also have one with check exchange for $500 (I have paid all but $287 (which includes intrest) of it, it is due 11/21. And I also have two online ones one with paydayloan cash advance for $ 500 (paid $300 on it, and still have $335 to pay on it is due 11/28). And I also have one with Onehour cash for $400 (I have paid $200 on it and still owe almost $300). They keep renewing on me. I really do not know what to do. I have about 5 cc that are either behind or fixing to fall behind. My regular bills are falling behind as well. I get paid twice a month and every bit of my check is going to pay these pdls leaving nothing in my account so all of my regular bills that are (automatically deducted are bouncing) I have applied for a small loan (to pay everything off and just have one bill to pay) at several different places but no one is willing to lend to me because of my bad credit history. How do I get this under control.

becca, your storefront with CashLand - I believe they are part of Cash America, which is a member of the CFSA which can provide you with an EPP (extended payment plan) which you can make 4 equal payments coinciding with your paydates to pay this loan off. I don't see Check Exchange as a member; however, it wouldn't hurt to call and ask them. Call both of your storefronts and ask if they are members of the CFSA. If they are, you can go in BEFORE the loan due date and invoke the EPP. You will sign an amendment to the loan agreement & you can make 4 equal payments to pay them off. No added fees and all collection efforts will stop. Also, have you checked to see if your internet pdls are licensed in the state of Ohio?

How do I check to see if the internet pdls are licensed in the state of Ohio? Where do I go to find out that info? I talked to cashland and check exchange the both put me on the EPP so that helps out some, but my bank account is SOOOO far into the red and I have $400 worth of NSFs that I still have to pay (somehow). I still cant see the light of day. I only get paid twice a month and all of my check is going to pay these loans and the NSF fees this is all too much to handle.... How do I break this cycle (it has been going on for about 2 months now), I cant handle much more....

Becca, neither is licensed in your state. Will your bank atleast let you debit block your account so no more debits will go through and drive it further into the red? Can you work out payment arrangements with your bank and get with your payroll and either stop your direct deposit and get a paper check or move your direct deposit to another bank?
