Report these people!! Number one, record your phone calls. If you get another call like the arm breaking one, call the police. Even if recording calls in your state is not permissable in court, you can still play it for the police! Also, reporrt them to your attorney general.

Thank you! That's my point! If I had my storefront manager threaten me with bodily harm, I would be on the phone with the police in a heartbeat. Recorded proof or no proof - his word against my word - at least a complaint would be filed and the storefront manager would be contacted and maybe that would shut her mouth up with her threats. Totally uncalled for - let alone illegal!
