You don't necessarily have to close your account. I would talk with a manager from your bank and file a fraud report as well as making a complaint with the BBB. Chaning account numbers could be an option though.

Yes and your able to disput it with your bank as well,because I had problems with this one computer company taking 98.00 out of my checking accout but to put stop payments on disputes most banks charge that 34.00 fee for stop payments but if they investigate and you win then in the long run they give you your money back!But I wouldn't close my account unless they keep deducting this amount out of your checking account!
