Ongoing saga with Clearwire

Well I am pissed but at an apparent dead end. I posted about this stupid company before, but here is a recap:
I moved, did not get adequate service so cancelled service. The rep asked if I wanted a tech to come out, but I said no, why bother, it’s a weak signal, not broken. She did –not- tell me that by declining a tech man to come out I would be slapped with any charge, other then the early cancellation fee, which I argued over since we did not get good service, she said ‘its in the contract’ blah blah so they went ahead and charged me $190.00 early cancellation fee because in the contract it states that if you move, they no longer guarantee service. Now here is the rub..I –never- agreed to these terms! When the guy came out to install the modem and software he clicked all the ‘I agree’ buttons. I wrote Clearwire a letter stating this and got a BS response saying that since I was letting him install the stuff, I was allowing him to ‘agree’ for me. I still think that is BS.
Well so I make a BBB complaint and it goes back and forth, but they still insist everything is on my end and I owe this bogus charge. The BBB finally determines that it is resolved, but noted I am not satisfied. Well, DUH!
So now what can I do? I hit a wall. I absolutely refuse to pay this bogus charge! The account will go to a collector sooner or later and then it will get reported to my credit reports, but I don’t know what to do!
Anyone have any ideas where I can go from here?
