I have been trying to contact them for weeks now, and all I kept getting was a generated response, so this should be interesting!!

No matter what you send back they will continue to send an automated response. They turned me over to collections two months ago and I am still getting settlement offers. I have e-mailed every e-mail address I could find for them, faxed them and sent them a letter regarding the whole ca/settlement thing and still get automated responses for settlement. You can expect to receive an e-mail every Tuesday. I look at it this way, atleast they do not call me.

I have not seen anyone post this response from them nor have I gotten this response from them...they sent me to collections. Wage assignmnets do not go to court. And aren't PDLs prohibited in MD? If so, how will an illegal/unlicensed company take you to court.
