Through USPS, yes you can send certified to PO Box. They will just get a note in their box to pick up. I sent mine to the same people this way.

Volley, do you remember anyone talking about wage assignments from them. So many of us have them and I can not recall anyone mentioning this.

Yes, they have been known to do wage assignements.

Thanks Goudah....I honestly didnt know that. Roxy, you are right, I think most of us have the lovely Tim Atkins but havent seen stories of a WA. I wouldnt put it past these slimy bottom feeders.

When the guy from my state's banking dept talked to them on my behalf a few years back, Tim told him that they do wage assignments.

All the male collectors go by the name Tim Atkins. All the female collectors go by Karen Lamb. That isn't their real names - for their protection of course!

Have you filed complaints against them with the FTC for violating the law against compulsory electronic withdrawals. Being that they refused to stop they are in violation of the law.
