After talking to my husband, he agrees with me that we do not want to use moneygram (unless forced to) and in no way am I going to give them my new account info, so that leaves money orders........but they will not give me a physical address to use.

This is ridiculous, I want to pay off (in payments) my loan to them, but how can I when they are being difficult.

How should I answer this? Can you give me some examples of what to say to these people?

Thank You

If I am remembering correctly, there are other members who have set up alternative payment methods with CashNetUSA. Hang on and I'm sure one of them will be along. Hopefully they may even have a physical address for you.

I have been trying like heck to get these people to give me a physical address to send in payments and this is the response I keep getting:

I am not giving up, but come November 30th they are going to debit my closed account for the whole balance of $437.50

When they do this what should my next move be?

Hey, tina. How about trying to contact CashNet and telling them you no longer have a bank account? Tell them the bank closed it for NSF and it is CLOSED. Can you try that? Tell customer service that. Then that way maybe they will NOT attempt to debit and force your account back open. I'm just trying to think of ways around this..... Call customer service and tell them that. Then when they say you have to pay via moneygram or western union, tell them you do not have the money for the fee and beg them for a mailing address so you can send money orders. At this point, I think I would try just about anything. I know others have payment arrangements with them. I just know they do. And I really want to prevent them from hitting your closed account so that it doesn't re-open. Can you try this approach, tina?

Cashnet will tell you that. When Iget my emails from them saying that I owe them money the following is on the bottom proving that they will tak other forms of payment:
ACH: call us at 888.801.9078
* Money Gram: Code=3855, Account # = SSN
* Credit Card: call us at 888.801.9078
* Western Union: Code City = SG Investor, State = IL
* Money Order or Certified Check

I will call them and see if that will work, but I am doubtful it will. They just want to be difficult and have not listened to anything that I have to say. But it is wot=rth a try because on November 30th r=they keep telling me that they are going to debit my closed account for $437.50, and as soon as they do that I will be going up to the bank to dispute this

That is so frustrating, I am dealing with them right now too. They called me on Friday and gave me the same business about there is no physical address, I have to do money gram or western union - so I told them either give me a physical address or you won't get ANYTHING from me! I am hoping if I just keep telling them that they will finally give me one. (Too much wishful thinking??)

I would send the payment to their PO Box, not their physical address in this case. Cash Net USA is a very large company, and odds are they don't really receive mail at their physical address. It would be much safer to just send it to their PO Box address.
