Ok friends, these are the last two I need to deal with, has anyone dealt with them and had any luck getting payment arrangements. I really need to make a few months payments on these 2 but I so far PayDay1, told me I have to pay it all by the end of the month, so what do I tell/ask them now? CashNet will not default until the 30th, do you think or know if I call them if they would just set up payments or are they like all the others and want it to default first?

You all are the best, I can't thank all you enough for all the help and support you've given me:) Reny

I am one of the ones that are having trouble with CashNetUsa. I have contacted them several times and they will not work with me no matter what. I just got another email from them about an hour ago stating once again that even though I have revoked my ACH authorization that they are still going to debit my account on the 30th.

Payday1 I am still waiting to hear from them about settling with me, but they have agreed not to debit my account anymore

tina, they're going to hit your account because you're unable to close/block it, correct?

tina, I still don't understand your bank. They will not put a debit block on it at all. And did they say how long it would be before it would be considered permanently closed? Like 30 days or 10 days? Anything?

No, they will not put a debit block on that account, I have spoke to so many at that bank, and none of them will do this. They all have told me that they will not help me fraud these people (I have explained to them that this is not what I am trying to do, but make other payment arrangements) they also tell me that I was also committing fraud as this account was a rep payee account for my son (who I get SSI for)

They said the account would be permanetaly closed after 60 days
