Why would you hear from the banking dept?
After I closed my account it was a few months until I heard from The PDLs Do not be nervous. The companies are illegal, and can not do anythingf to you, We do advocate paying back what you borrowed, but that is a moral decision that you have to make.
Hi Robin. Kash is right. Don't worry about not hearing from them
Hi Robin. Kash is right. Don't worry about not hearing from them. Another day without them harrassing you is a blessing. They can't do a thing to you.
Thanks for the responses
Thanks to both of you.
I spoke with state department of banking commsion who helps consumers with issues.
I was told that the companys are not licensed in my state and that they were going to notify all of them for breaking laws.

I am not even sure if this is the correct forum to discuss this. That is the department I spoke with and they have all my paperwork.
One of the companys are calling me every day and twice today.
Thanks so much.
Also I did call the banking department today to leave a message and nothing.
Thanks
No I have not because have no idea how to do that. at this point not even sure what I paid what I owe. Messed up now paying with sanity.
The last time I spoke with the banking department she had my bankstatemetns and told me that they could get my money back and would take time. The company that is calling everyday is One Click Cash, The other ones were Dollar Flash, One Step Cash, National Payday.
Thanks

Robin...I am assuming your closed you bank account and they no longer have access to it?? I owuld send cease and desist letters to each of the,...simply write you revoke their right to debit from your account and you revoke their right to any wage assignment...and give a copy of that to your hr person at work. In the same letter you can state that you know they are not licensed and as such are not lending legally according to: then state the department you have been working with. You should go back into your bank records and figure out what you borrowed from each one and how much was given back to each including the fee's they charge. I would also keep in contact with the banking dept. you are working with to make sure they keep this on the front burner...

Robin-as morningstar recommended, please also write them a letter. The key here will be to have as much in writing as possible.

I kind of figured it was one click that was calling you. I would write the letter and mail it to them, and I would also e-mail it to them. Then call your state back again and inform them that one click keeps calling you. File a complaint with the BBB (one click doesn't like that) Follow the advise given by the others and you will be ok. If you need help with a letter I am sure we can help you with that, just check out the do it yourself section and there are letters in there that you can use, if you still need help then just PM one of us and we can help you write your letter.
