I sent them each a letter stating that I lost my job and I ma doing my best to get them a payment but they keep sending me letters stating that if I dont respond that they are going to take futher action. what do I do now

please help anyone

What state do you live in? Someone will be along shortly to assist you. Please provide further details such as how much you borrowed (principle only) and how much have you paid back.

Since these are storefronts more than likely they are operating legally and can and will sue you if arrangements aren't made (don't mean to scare you). More experienced individuals will be along to help you.

I am thinking that these lenders have already sent your check through. So now you need to call them and talk with the manager. When I was having problems and was laid off Advanced took a payment of $25 per week on my loan until I was paid in full. But I did call them and told them what was going on. Check n go was a different story. They wouldn't take any payment arrangement from me, they told me that I had to wait until it got turned over to a Collection Agency and then make arrangements with them. So I am now paying the collection agency $50 per month. But you need to call them and talk to them in person, tell them your situation and figure out what you an afford to pay them per month and let them know that. Eventually they will accept your payments.

Jelly, you will make it through. Feel lucky that you only have 3 loans. :) Many people here survived more than that. :) I had nearly 10 myself.

Speak with each of them and try to work out arrangements. They will more than likely fight you, but keep pushing. Give them a payment you can afford anyway. They will accept the payments. (Who's going to turn away money?" If they do, and they take you to court, they will look bad, not you.

You will get through this. I promise you, it can be done. You just have to stay focused.
