PDL loan trouble in VA

I am in trouble with the number of cash advance loans that I have gotten myself into. I guess I have six PDL loans - all of them were received over the internet. Some are older than 2-3 months and some are more recent. Some helpful advice would be appreciated to get these loans under control. I live in Northern Virginia.

I am writing to you regarding a pdl loan center pay day loan that I accepted, back on 11/20/2008. The funds of $300 was disburse into my acct on 11/21/2008. On December 22nd and January 5th, the pdl loan center deducted the $90 from my account as schedule. Now, that I am ready to pay back the loan, I have no credentials to contact the company and pay back my loan for the upcoming pay day scheduled for 01/22/2009. Can you please assist with locating the company named to my bank organization as PDLLOANCENTER 15? Are they even legal? Thanks for your help and I look forward to receiving any assistance you may be able to lend.
