latoya PM'd me regarding this. I'm not an expert with serious harassing phone calls, and figured someone who has experience could help on how to get them to stop.
I know a few people have someone answer for them and tell them they don't work here anymore, but I'm not sure if that would work for you. Office situations tend to vary, and what works for one might not work for another. Do you have a direct line or are they transferred to you?
i have a direct line that can b pick up by any1 in the office

So they do call you directly, but if you are gone and it is ringing people tend to pick it up for you? Or does it automatically switch them to the main line to be picked up by someone?
when im gone it either goes to the company voice mail very rarel

I guess next time they get ahold of you, act very sweet and polite. Say you understand that they've been trying to get ahold of you, and you would like this matter resolved quickly (don't say anything exactly about you owing them money, always use "this matter", or that you've sent them a letter 'regarding this matter'). Then ask you will do what you can to resolve this matter if they provide you with a bit more information. Ask for their address (if they tell you they don't have one, say something like "that's odd, you think a business would"), ask for their license number...... This will get them to usually hang up, and if you stand your ground they eventually know that they can't trick you...
If they continue to call after that, you next phone 'voice' will be strong, and tell them that you've already discussed the matter with them, you've sent letters regarding the matter, and you know your rights and they can't threaten you like that. Then ask for the name of the rep again and ask if he has an extension....
If they continue after that then I don't know... Have you filed a complaint on them yet? Especially now since you have a threatening phone call...
who will i filed a complaint with and every1 in the office knows
who will i filed a complaint with and every1 in the office knows about him so they will just say i will b out of the office for the next couple of months due to medical reasons or sumthing to that nature bc everytime he call we told him that he can't keep calling me at my place of employment like this and he said r u my supervisor i can do what i want so he a real piece of work!!!

Wow, you want to see if you can record these, these are bad, these can get them into major trouble....
Darn, I wish someone with more experience would jump in soon here....
Atleast people at work know about it and you won't get into trouble for it. Other than that I just way that try my suggestions above.... You want to start asking them questions... It makes them scared. Just like when the harass you, be calm and almost sweet when you talk to them, if they start to yell at you again, just be calm and repeat yourself "I'm sorry sir, I was just asking for your address..." or something like that... Don't give up, they can't do crap to you..
As for complaints, what state are you in, that would let you know who to file with (Usually the Attorney General or the Department of Banking/Finance), also try the BBB, they tend to get results. And make sure you mention the phone calls and write down some of the things they are saying, because these are bad.

Oh yeah and if they really don't stop, just refuse to listen to them and hang up. Just keep hanging up, eventually they have to give up right?

Have you tried sending them a cease and sdesist letter , telling them they only way they can contact you is by usps or e mail. some will follow the law and stop calling. Others of course will not. I was pretty lucky. Most of mine did stop calling me.

The cease and desist letter is the same thing... It is an all around letter, telling them to stop debiting your account, telling them you revoke any wage assignment you may or may not have signed, and telling them not to contact you.
It might be helpful to send another, especially if you forgot the wage assignment thing the first time (I did). Make it very clear that you are not to be contacted. Especially at work, as work phones are not for personal use and this is a personal matter (sorry I love that line).
Make sure you send it certified, to verify that they received it.
