Well I talked to my bank today

After recieving another email from CahNetUsa this morning stating that even after a certified letter and numerous (to many to count) emails that I revoked them authorization to debit my closed bank account, saying tommorrow (11-30-07) they were still going to debit my account, so I called my bank again.

The guy Eric I talked to (he was the nicest one out of all the ones Iv'e talked too the past 2 weeks)I explained the situation that I took out a PDL with CashNetUsa and provided them with my bank routing #s and account # and I told him I sent a certified letter and several emails revoking their ACH authorization to debit my account, and I asked him what I can do tommorrow as soon as the debit is on the account? As I was going to dispute the charges.

He told me that in no way will it go through, it will go back to them as "account closed". I asked him about my account being forced back open (as I was previously told it would) he said it will in no way be forced open.

He told me that in the case something would happen and it would go through, he gave me his name, and direct phone # and told me to call him and he would take care of it right away.

So I guess I find out tommorrow what happens when CashNetUsa tries to debit my account

These people are morons. I mean you try and work things out with them, and they just are not willing to listen. I mean I argued over and over about wanting a physical address to mail payments in, and they finally gave me one, and now we are back to they do not accept money orders and only can accept payments through ACH, Western Union Or Money Gram..........does this make sense?
