I sent them a debt validation letter with no response. They keep calling. I talked to them today and told them i was waiting on a response from the letter i sent. They said they have already sent me letters. However, these were there initial letters. I sent debt validation letter within 30 days. What can they do next?? She started spatting off a bunch of stuff saying they were going to verify my employment and collect full balance, etc.
What can they do without responding?
Thanks
