Fell into the PDL trap....again

It ok Kris. You know of course that you will have to close your account. You know the drill. I am sorry that you did this again, but you also know that we do not judge people. Please do what you need to to, to put all of this behind you. I am actually surprised that you were able to get new loans after defaulting on some. It will be ok. You know that we are here to help you.

You should pay what you borrowed back though . . . .

Kris..after experiencing the same ordeal once I too went back to pdls. It is amazing how easy you can obtain more payday loans...but the internet seems to be the place. I know how you feel but just follow the same proceedure that you did before. Hopefully this will stay with you this time and remember we are all human and we do make mistakes. Lighten up on yourself...it will be OK!!

Should I contact the companies and request payment plans?? Send the revoke letters to debit my accounts??

Do not send anything to anyone before you account is closed. If they get anything at all , they will go in and take everything. Please close your account before you send anything. You know that they will take the revoke letters as a sign to go into your account and clean it out.You must take care of your account first.

Hi there KrisT- :( Sorry to see this has happened....Kash is spot on and like before, the account will need to be closed to stop these people from debiting.

So it looks like you have all internet loans and no storefronts this time.

How long before the checks are going to clear that you have outstanding?

I am hoping the checks clear on monday or tues.. One is to Schwanns, the other is to another bank for a payment and 2 are to a co-workers wife for pampered chef stuff I got.

Wow Kris... Hang in there, you've got through it before and you can do it again. I've got to say I've been fighting off the urge to get myself into more debt too! Especially with the holidays, but then again, I've gotten myself into a similar situation by taking advantage of my overdraft protection they recently allowed on my bank account, and now I'm spending up to $100 on every check to the fees associated with it. So I've got myself in a trap too.

It happens to the best of it, just do as they say (get the bank account closed!) and everything will be all right.

I know I can get out of this. I remember the AWESOME feeling when I had everything taken care of.. I will get through this.

kristie, you poor thing! I think we ALL know the temptation of getting plds via internet. Way to easy. You know you're going to have to close your account. Get that done first. Then send out the letters revoking everything again. Then agree to pay the principle amount back, okay? If you need help with any of this, you know we will help you. Just let us know. And, don't be mad at yourself. It's so easy to do. That's why there are so many of us in "the trap". kristie, it'll be okay. If you run into any trouble, just let us know.

i understand how he feel. :( i am so tempted to try to take out another loan. if my bf does not come up with 1500 by next week, the bank will start foreclosure on our home. i don't want to lose my home. we have not been in it 2 years yet. when we come up with the $1500 then they will work out a reduction of our mortgage for six months. we have no one to turn to. right now my mother,bless her heart, is paying my bills for me and $1500 is not an option for here. she just paid off the last payment on the big screen tv that i bought my bf 2 years ago for xmas. i cannot sleep and i eat off stress. i am so scared :( i do not leave the house. i know that i am depressed because it is my fault that we are in the situation we are in.

granny!- Have you asked for a loan modification? Not just a 6 month reduction but a loan re-write. Please PM me if you want to talk off-line. Dont lose the house over $1500!! :(

Believe me when I tell you that you are just like sponsors. I read this forum every night to keep me on the straight and narrow. I have to pay the last of two pdl next friday and then I am done, done, done!!! Thank you all so much. You all are an inspiration.

i am back, i had to leave for a while because i am so worried and embarrassed over the whole situation. they will try to do a modification after we pay the $1500. we got to have the money this week and i am so worried. :(

Granny...sounds like they are only trying to do a forbearance plan, not a long-term loan modification. I sent you a pm asking for more details about your loan....

Granny, I am sending every positive thought, vibe, prayer your way. I really hope things work out.

I sent Granny some terrific info on how to get her mortgage company to modify her loan...they really need to work with her! Fingers crossed for her! She does not need to lose her home :(
