what kind of loan was this? A pdl or installment? What state are you in?

ladybug, this is a Cash Call installment loan. This will be licensed/legal and is backed by a bank.

I live in California this loan is a short term loan with a interest of $6.50-$8.00 a day. With the payment of $250.31 a month $233.00 is for interest and $16.00 goes to the principal. this is what I was told by the cash-call customer service rep.

I am so dumb I just finally read the topic of your post. Duh, it is cash call I am :oops: I should pay better attention next time.
