they will allow me to pay them off, after reading all
the nightmares about them I hope they don't debit
my new account until I have to close it out. The
only reason I am paying them off is because I don't
want my boss involved at work. I work retail doing
inventory, and I can't have him getting calls, I have
no voice mail anymore at work. I have always worked
office jobs and have had my own personal voice mail.
This is the best site on the computer, thank you
for calming me down in the past and we will all
somehow get through paying off crooks. I should
have never gotten these loans.
Thanks again for any insight how to get Big LTD after Christmas to let me pay off my loan would be

If you did. you need to close that account asap so they do not go in and take it all.How much did you borrow from them? How much in total have you paid back to them? I see you are in Florida. I will post your laws, but I can tell you without a doubt that BIG is not legal anywhere.

Please listen to Kash....please do not give them your bank acct. info in which to pay them off. They are ruthless and will continue to debit until the end of time. You only owe them the principle...send them a letter/fax and email revoking their right to contact you at work...and ask for their mailing info or western union info...you can make payments that way. You can always tell them at work you are a victim of idenity theft and you are working with the attorney generals office to clear it up. And make sure you file complaints agaisnt them with the BBB and your AG office.
