has anyone had any experience with U.S. Bank.
I got bait and switched on a loan 1 1/2 years ago 10.75% and now the payment is really a burden. I would like to open discussions with them about reducing the rate. I have read where this is becoming more commonplace. Any help appreciated.

Is your rate fixed at 10.75? Typically a fixed rate on a primary mortgage at that rate ia an ARM that has had an adjustment considering that rates were arounf 6.5% 18 months ago.

What is you equity situation?
