Magnum Z

Nobody has any info about Magnum Z??? I'm trying to find out if they are legal. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, they seem to only be licensed in DE. They have a disclosure on their website saying all loans are deemed to be done in DE, so I don't see why they would bother to think they need to be licensed elsewhere . . . .

So no, they have no AZ license.

So they are licensed? So how does that work as far as what I am obligated to pay? The original loan was for $200 and they have debited my account (before I closed it) $210 so far.

Hi Hilary. Frogpatch posted this one a while back. Hopefully it is still the same.

This company is getting over on so many people. They claimed they called and got authorization the deposit money in my account and I never spoke with anyone.
They have drafted $150 out of my account so far and claim my balance is $325, for a $250 loan. What a crock. I am closing my account today so they will not be able to draft another red cent.

i'm having probs with em too. howeva, if you took a loan out from them they will take more than they loaned. it's intrest on the loan, its kinda the cornerstone of our economy. and payday loans have outragous rates.
