reaged credit account, but still low fico score

I contacted 2 credit card companies 2 months ago to have my accounts reaged, and they agreed, and provided a payment schedule I could live with to pay off the debt.
however, I still see that my credit report has not changed. how long does this usually take? I've made 2 ontime payments to them since talking to them about the reaging.
And what should I do about it?
