Desist and Refrain Order for Loan Shop

As of July 2007 a Desist and Refrain Order was placed against Loan Shop aka Broadmore Ventures, Express Cash, Xpress Cash, Westbury Ventures, Plaza Processing, ASAP, PD6 Ventures, DMS Marketing, and LTS Management.

When I closed my account I brought this to the bank and they refunded over $250 worth of transactions from them...
