That are associated w/ Geneva Roth Group and I just called him back and told him that they had overcharged me for a $300 loan and had already paid $800 on that loan. They were loaning to me illegally in Tennessee. I told him this and he hung up on me so should I be concerned?

He has already tried calling me back twice and have not answered. Should I even bother dealing with him? I read about this same guy on this webiste w/ the same company and sounds like he is just a scam artist b/c when you call him back it is on his cell phone.
