I am interested in consolidating mobile home loan owed $9700.00 sits on my land with aprox value 0f 35-40,000 land is clear, and 2004 PU owed approx 9500.00, as property as collateral, steady income ($42,000) with over three and half years at current employment are loans available.

This site doesn't offer consolidation loans. This is a forum to help people get out of debt. Have you tried contacting a bank or credit union? If your land is worth what you say, and it's a clear deed, no liens or loans on it, I can't see why a bank wouldn't give you a decent loan.
