Sorry about the other post I clicked on quick reply by mistake, i did some search and it shows that they are located in Stafford, Va. I called and they answer "Front Desk" so i asked him what was the name of the company and he did not want to give me any info. I am pretty sure someone will come along shortly with a better answer. Meantime I will continue to search.

I called again and he says I need to give him my name so that he can transfer me to the correct department cause apparently he is the operator and he has to look up your name to transfer you to the right person, no luck he won't tell me who they are. I gave him a wrong name but did not work. Sorry I could'nt be any help.

My opinion? If they can't give a company name when they answer the phone - illegal. If you have to give your personal information to be "transferred" - illegal. I wouldn't even worry about these a$$holes.

Tweety posted about this company awhile back. Kate, I called and got the same thing. They could not send me anywhere until I told them which department. Tweety and I had the same attitude as Cannr, if they can not transfer me without mu name and ssn or will not tell me the name of the company I called, they do not want my money too badly.

roxy, this is what happened when the BANK called the phone number on an unauthorized debit on my account. The BANK called them and they argued with the friggin BANK! Wouldn't give crap. No name, no "type" of company. Nothing. She told them "Well, then this is considered fraud and it will be returned to you." And slam went the phone! :lol: If they will not "reveal" who they are, they are not a legit business.
