patty, I am so sorry things are tough for you right now. We can try to help you... can you tell us who the pdls are with, whether they are storefront or internet, how much you borrowed from each and the total of how much you have paid back to each. Is there any way you can explain the situation to the land lord and get them to work with you. Is there a local organization you can turn to.

You need to let us know who the loans are with,etc.-then we can point you in the right direction.

Your landlord usually has to go through steps before he can just evict you,speak with him about this. Also, here, there are apartment complexes that are required by law, to keep a few apartments open for those that would be on the streets-they don't advertise this. If you can pay the electric-which is usually low- you can stay there.
