Tympana USA

Has anyone on this site had "experience" with Tympana USA? They are hounding me, via my cell phone, at least a dozen times, per day. They claim to represent a pay-day loan company, but it's not a name I recognize. I've requested, numerous times, that they send me proof, in writing, via US mail, of this alleged debt; they claim they've sent it, but it has never arrived. I've found an address for them, in Glen Allen, VA, and intend to write them a cease & desist letter, but it appears they're run out of Jamaica? Just wondering if others have any advice? Oh, I'm in Michigan...Detroit area. Thanks!


I am getting those same calls. When requesting fraud care from them, they insist that I send them money. I believe they are trying to collect personal data to cause fraud on your account. I reported them to my bank.

Yeah, they've been calling my house a ton too - one lady got really angry with me when I asked for more information (she wouldn't give me any details because it was "personal business" for my mom). I've even told them that I know they're a scam, but they still call. If anyone knows how to get them to stop, please share.
