pdl advice

I feel refief just knowing there is help.
Here is my question.
I have already contacted T&C
Should I include my storefront pdl's with T&C or should I work directly with them.
I also do not know what to do about my bank account.
They said they can not put a stop on ACH debits.
I don't really want to close the account because then my husband would find out what I have done.
Please advise.
Thanks

dawn...I hate to say this but I believe at some point you will have to tell your husband anyway. It is never a good thing to keep something like this from a spouse and the longer you do...the harder it will be.
As far as the bank..They can put a hard debit block on the account to stop any debits from going through...or put the account on deposit only status but you would probably have to tell your husband that too...did you tell them the debits were unauthorized??
Do you have more loans out than your store fronts?? Sometimes you can make arrangements with the store fronts on your own or invoke the EPP if they are a member.

can someone tell me if any of these are illegal?

If they are legal, should I not include them in town and country?
I am really kind of confused as to state laws, what is legal and what is not.
Just glancing at the list, you've got some legal ones there.

I thought of another question.
What is the benefit to dealing directly with the storefronts vs going through T&C to take care of them as well?
Thanks

dawn, Definately tell your husband. He will more than likely be angry but its better to be honest with him then hide it. I hid it from my husband for over a year and I got myself so far in i did not know how to get out. He was angry as i can understand but i felt so much relief in telling him.

Dawn,
I was in the same boat as you are. I hid it from my husband not once, but twice!!! I just recently told him about the second bout of PDL's and he was very disappointed but he has been very supportive as well. Please believe me when I say, you'll feel sooooo much better after you tell him. I had so many sleepless nights, crying nights and days and felt horrible for keeping it from him. Now that it's out in the open, I can sleep again and feel soooo much relief! I know it's not easy, but do yourself a favor and tell him.

I know I should but I can't.
My husband is the fraud invetigator at the local police dept and he said if I ever did anything like this, he would leave.

Dawn, are you still here? What's going on with you? Have you told your husband? I have really been thinking about you as I was in your shoes not long ago and know how stressful it can be. This site is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time and I'm so thankful to have found it. All of the people on here have been so supportive and so helpful, I feel so much better about things, even though I haven't gotten any resolution with my PDL's as of yet. Just knowing how to start fighting is a big stress reliever for me. Stay here and these folks will be able to really help you know where to start. Good luck to you, hopefully we'll hear from you soon.
