I googled the Better Business Bureau and was sucessful in finding Bargain.com is registered with them. They have an F rating. I entered the BBB search engine and typed in Bargain.com and they are the first company listed.
Also, this has happened to us as well. We just went though our bank statements and we have been charged $19.80/mo since May of 07. Has anyone been successfull in getting their money refunded? If so, can you give me tips on how to get our money back. We signed up for the free month trial and never used it. We called to cancel and nothing has happened. Please, any help anyone can give would be much appreciated.

I was in a domestic ciolence shelter and ordered 1 listing from these guys. They said ONE time fee- and guess what they have charged my account over $1000.00

I have spent sooo much money on overdrafts, and I can not nor can my bank get ahold of these people.

I too canceled my account and got charged for 2 more months afterwards. I called to make sure I was canceled and they claimed to never have received my call. Typical. I canceled again and got reimbursed for one of the months. Supposedly. I'll believe it when I see the money in my account. If you're having the same problems make sure when you call to cancel that you also cancel any related services they might have you signed up for such as Easy Saver, American Leisure, and Home Source. I'm going to be keeping a close eye on my accounts for the next month and maybe even call to cancel again in a few days to make sure.

i am writing because bargainhomes.net has my home listed for sale as a foreclosure and it is not for sale. i found this out tonight when a nice family stopped by to inquire about it. the lady gave me the website and i looked and sure enough it is on here. this explains why so many cars stop, stare, and turn around in my driveway. no one had ever come to the door before. when i called the 800 # the guy refers me to the media dept which is a voicemail and i am betting no one calls me back. i notice they charge people for access and info on these homes.i know for a fact my house payments are made on time and my bank is assuring me my loan is fine. this is crazy. i believe i will be calling the better business bureau about this tomorrow.

I would suggest calling your state AG's office......BBB really has no power to do anything.

bargain home is ripping me off! it won't cancel!

guys, don't put any info about u with those crazy people, they just take your money from your account even though you cancel them, report to your bank emmidiately. it happened to me and i dont even become their member.

I had the same thing happened. First I signed up for the "free" 7 day trial, which was actually $1. Then on day 6 I called to cancel, as many of the homes listed were already SOLD. I received a confirmation email on 2/18 that my account was cancelled, and then checked my bank account two days later and found that i was charged 39.80 on 2/19. The day after I cancelled.

i call this company also in december of 2006 to cancel service with them and like thousands of other people they never canceled the product. yesterday 05-29-09 my husband called them and they are suppose to get back in touch with him to listen to the tape recording but of course they will not have the one where i called in to cancel the order within 72 hours.

i would like to know how to get my money back from them.
