Should I be concerened? I have e-mailed, snail-mailed, and certified mailed FBDelaware about my account which I have not paid on. I have had no response from them. It is coming up on another payment date and I am today revoking payment authorization via fax if I can find a fax number for them. I have not closed my account but there will be no monies in the account due to me being very ill and unable to work. My work is suggesting I go on FMLA in which case there will be no monies in the account for quite some time. Should I be worried about no response to the communications?

It is First Bank of Delaware and it is an installment loan, I believe. It was for Check N Go On-line. When I mailed the Certified letters I mailed to both Check N Go in Mason Ohio and FBDelaware in Wilmington Delaware because I did not know which place to send things to. It is all very shady. Check N go on line is backed by First Bank of Delaware so I sent it to both. Why are they not responding? Any suggestions?

Yes. I had one before and paid it off in 4-mos, thus the installment part i believe. I took it out again, first payment was due 11/30/07 but became seriously ill an unable to work, thus no pay no monies in bank to make payment I let them know on 12/3/07 e-mailed them on 5 mailed cert letter on 10th I have had no response from them at all next payment due 12/14/07. once again, no work no pay, no monies in the account. I told them I wanted to work something out but there has been no response from them. My e-mail bounced back stating no server at receiving end was responding.

They say they are not a payday loan company, How come they deduct a payment every week? I got an email to call (866) 420-7157 for customer service. I did a phone reverse check and it came back to a place called Think Cash which in turn is a payday loan and is affliated with Bank of Deleware, as is Check 'n go.
