I apologize for your not receiving a response from us in a timely manner. We are in the process of relocating our office at the moment so please bear with us for the next 24 hours. I have read several posts here about the delay in receiving a response to emails and calls which this issue should be in control already but will be improving over the next week. I respond to all emails usually within a few hours but almost always within 24 hours except weekends.
I have 1 email from you dated Dec 10 but no others and I searched my junk mail. Please forward me the emails you say were sent over the previous 2 weeks because I have not been able to locate and all other emails have been responded to. Your last communication was on Nov. 29th.
I've found it necessary to relocate my office which has made necessary upgrades available and expansion possible to improve our service in many aspects. When emailing in the future, send to and also and both are dot com's. I also have dot net for which I do not use but had forwarded to my main account but apparently the forwarding had stopped and at the same time, I was receiving inquiries which caused many of the other posts where clients had not received responses also.
I have dedicated a good amount of time to handle adjustments making sure that all glitches have been addressed but again sending messages to both emails will ensure you receive a response in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that I receive 150-200 emails per day and end towards the end of the month is when I am busiest. If you have an urgent matter, it is best to email and you will receive a response as soon as possible. No client should have to wait more than 24 hours for a response to urgent matters as I have wireless internet capabilities via blackberry and check my emails every few hours so if you do not get a near immediate response, it is safe to say that resending your message or possibly calling may be best.
I make every effort to make each clients program as smooth and effective as possible and have gone as far as providing clients with my cell number so that there is always an open line of communication. I will be catching up on inquiries submitted for enrollment requests so please be patient and all emails will be answered within the next 24 hours. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours please resend your request to both emails listed above.
