I have paydayloans that are out and I haven't heard anything in the mail on any of them!Could there something be wrong or are they gonna prosecute what should I do?They use to send me letters in the mail all the time now I don't get any letters in the mail I am scared cause I don't know what is going on!Isn't there a way I can find it out what is going on with these payday loan companies?

Usually if they stop sending letters and calling. They have sent your account to a collection agency.

The only way to really tell about what is going on with your payday loans is to call them directly. If you are willing to pay these, I would work out whatever arrangements you can, and stick with them. Remember, the longer these stay at the payday loan places, the more you're getting charged finance fees, and quite possibly renewal fees.

I recommend that you contact the company directly and see what options they will make available. Sometimes their are certian options they must provide depending the state you are in
