I dont want pdl companies to call me at work

Just send them a cease and desist letter. All you need to do is tell them to cease all communication by telephone, and only contact you via e mail or usps. Some listen some do not.

Think Cash is an installement loan, right? That one will need to be treated a bit differently.

The others are not going to be licensed in Ohio. You need to file complaints against them asap.

Unfortunatly, telling them not to call you at work rarely works. Sometimes it even has the opposite effect and they will harrass you at work more.

You need to close the account. It is the only way to stop these companies from taking money.

In Ohio, only Think Cash is legal out of the loan companies you listed. You will need to pay back the principle amount borrowed, but no more for the other loans. Think Cash I'm afraid you have to pay back all of it, as they are legal and can take steps to collect on the debt.

I am willing to pay back the money I borrowed but not at that interest rate, not trying to scam them, But I was foolish at the time to let them scam me.
