I want to know if my account have protection plan and has been paid every month.. But my problem is Account care protection plan insurace, never write me that my claim was close.. I know because I call to know the status of my claim and they respind by phone we are sorry but your claim is close, they didn said why.. But they also said that I'm not allow to open a dispute or anything there decision are final and they don't have to answer in writing.. I didn know that my account was with collection agency until they contact me and they are the one that said account care will not paid... Collection agency said you paid US and account Care paid you.. I know is not legal and not true, .I open a claim in PR with the proper authorities Oficina Del Comicionado de Seguros, they are investigating account care they have 5 cases and continue arraiving more with the same situation but the big problem they are not register in PR to offer any prtection plan, and they are only covering united state, Goverment offices consider this situation as a fraudulent . Can you help me
