I need BIG phone numbers

I have two numbers to BIG and I am not getting anywhere with either one. I have seen a few posts were people have gotten messages and harrassing calls from someone at BIG to cantact them. I want that number. I am making all efforts to contact them because I want to pay my loan in full. The funny thing is that I think they sit on the loans on purpose. Think about it if you have a loan like mine for 300 and you add the interest charge 90 and the returned fee of 30 that comes to 420. What if you want to get more from the consumer? Well just sit on it for a month or two and let the late fees and interest build up and then respond to them demanding way more..sounds good to them. I think that is why I am not getting any response from them. I have the main number 877-282-5450 and the collections number 877-283-6730 but I want the number of that the person leaves when they call and threaten to sue if you dont call them back. Anyone have it?

They are an illegal overseas operation who is not licensed to do business in this country. Just tell them when they call you to stop wasting your time and theirs and hang up. They will threaten to download you to their legal dept., send the police to your job. They will tell you you are under the laws of the UK. Get rid of them. They are like roaches. They will come back again and again but eventually they will go away. Just make sure that you closed your checking account or had it blocked in someway.

After re reading your post it look as if you have not paid them anything yet. In that case wait till they call and tell them you want an address to send a money order. If they wuon't give it to you it is their problem

I sent them the letter and I haven't heard from them in awhile. Right after Isent the letter I was called 2 or 3 times telling me to call them but I would just email another letter.

B.I.G.

I have been dealing with B.I.G. for about a year now. They used to be Route 66. I have never had a problem with them. They deposit my loan amount into my bank account and I make my payments as promised.

I would love to know how much you have paid them in fees and interest over the past year. It sounds like you can't get off the merry go round.
