I have one internet and I have 3 in store ones but this Checksmart is calling and harrassing being rude and threating check fraud and jail both the store front and their corp office. Its like every half hour I get a call from one or the other. I have told them I intend to pay but I need to make payments and they just keeping saying they can only accept payment in full.

guest, your storefronts - have you defaulted on them all? Yes, the storefronts will call your references if they can not get in contact with you. They do have an actual check from you, so we need to tread carefully here. What state do you reside in? And what is the status of your checking account? Was the check returned to them for NSF? Or did you close the account? What exactly has happened so far?
