I believe that Pa is one state that allows these loans if, they are licensed anywhere.

paycheck today
owe $300 paid 180.00

I HAVE ONLY PAID THE FINANCE FEES ON THESE ACCOUNTS
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THESE PEOPLE WOULD WORK WITH ME TO PAY THESE OFF

Cash Net USA and Rapid Cash are going to be legal . . . . The other ones I don't know about off the top of my head.

Can you go and register, and then come back and give us some information so we can help you, IE

What state are you in
What companies did you borrow from (storefront or internet)
How much have you paid each company
How much was the original loan for

Then we can better help you :)
