I have paid more than enough to Geneva Roth and
changed bank accounts. Well, today they left me a message saying if I don't contact them within 24
hours, they will have their attorney's send someone
to my work and serve some type of papers. But, if
I called within 24 hours they would be glad to set
up more payment arrangements. Well, I am not calling
them back, I hope noone shows up at my work but
if they do I will tell them making $8.75 an hour plus
getting no child support I can't afford to be ripped off any longer. If they want to sue me, I will go to court but they can't get anything from me. I rent and own a car that I make payments on but have nothing of value.
What do you all think? Is the big bad collector
coming to get me at work or is it another ploy by
Geneva Roth?
