Payday Lenders Slammed for Collection Efforts

Once again they can't say what particular law protects the consumer against these harsh collection pratices. I believe it is only on State levels which these lenders do not believe apply to them.

Don't know about other payday lenders, but the collection people who are with ACHloan.com are supposedly in India, anyhow; every time I've brought up Maryland State laws with them, they keep going on about how they aren't subject to our laws, and that they'll see me in the British court, they're going to "come and get me," and so on.

They are a bunch of clowns. Route 66, GFSIL and BIG Ltd. are all the same bunch. They have no power to do anything but lie. They are Indian immigrants living in the UK.

They ARE a bunch of clowns. If they said they were going to come and get me, I'd tell 'em to come on down! They are NOT going to put themselves out there for a $300 loan.
