I am not looking for a payday loan, I need to find out what all my debts are. I am not sure how to go about finding this information out.

I am asking HOW I find out who i owe money too. I know what most of my debts are. But there are a few that i acquired during my marriage that i am not sure about. Is there a website that i can go to that will help me find this information out?

If you go to annualcreditreport.com, you can pull a FREE copy of your credit report from all three credit bureaus. No strings attached, no monitoring program to sign up for, no cost at all. It's free, once per year, or whenever you have been denied credit.

That will give you a more accurate picture of what debts you owe, to who, and how much. It will also provide contact information for the creditors so you can contact them if necessary.
