they claim to be collecting from a online payday loan from 2-3 years ago but will not give me any info i need until tomorrow, will not give me an address and will not validate my debt
Tell them unless they comply with the fdcpa you are filing a com
Tell them unless they comply with the fdcpa you are filing a complaint with the FTC against them and also the Department of Banking for fraudulently representing themselves as a bank. Do a search above and I am sure there is much to read from others about them!
They probably won't care what you tell them but tell them anyway
