Who is this company? They seem to be very elusive. I've started this thread to be a central source of information for this company.

Good luck finding that one. You may have to trace it through your bank. I see that others have tried and failed. I could find absolutely nothing except two other people who were looking for info also.

When I asked my bank for their contact info, they said:

Vince Enterprise (Check Paid Fast), (877) 377-2677

Searching Google for that phone number brings back nothing definitive, but it seems like most of the results were pointing to USA EPP, electronic payment processing/providers, or something like that. I hate companies who don't use one name to do business.

Aside from contact info, what about business practices? My bank have a courtesy pay overdraft system setup where they will honor transactions on my account up until the balance reaches approximate $500 negative. Since my paydayloan nightmare picked up speed in November, my bank has levied 42 fees on me, totaling $840. That amount also approximates my past due rent.

Now Vince Enterprise, I don't know what they're up to. Why would they take out $60, then $30, then $60, all on the same day? My bank charged me three fees totaling $60 for their insanity. Vince Enterprise could've simply taken out $150, and my bank would only have charged me a single $20 fee. But I guess I've got money to burn....

I haven't asked about a deposit-only status yet; we just opened a new account at another bank in which to receive our tax refund. We'd like to pay off all the companies who deposited payday loans to our first account, but we draw a line at the companies who had a fine print check box addendum or whatever, because I never signed up for ID theft insurance for $31.98 per month. Our bank has so far returned the two withdrawals that we disputed, and I have to ask about three new ones tomorrow. Depending on how receptive they are, I'll find out about the deposit-only status.

I have some payday loans outstanding, but I don't have any contracts with a "Vince Enterprises". Are the just preying on those who have multible loans, figuring that we won't question this erroneous charge?

Guest ~ Did they start debiting your account again and you aren't sure why? If that's the case, go see the bank manager and explain the situation. They will be able to advise you on what to do.

I would suggest also closing your current bank account and opening a new one. This will make sure that you aren't in any other situation down the road where someone who has your banking information decides to use it.

It is very hard for anyone to contact these people.
Once you borrow money from them you seem to be in their debt forever.
My bank charges me $29 every time there is an overdraft fee and vince enterprises, whoever they really are, seem to think i get paid every single day.

Do not borrow money from them i think they are frauds, i know i have paid back the money i have borrowed from them and they are still trying to take money out of my account, lucky for me my bank is doing a fraud check on them. Don't mess with USAA.

Just a thought, I just got done going thru my bank as well, I had saved the website I borrowed from to my favs and totally forgot to write it down when I had to reformat my hardrive. So, for all loans you get online, just email yourself a copy of their website, its easier. My bank couldnt tell me who they were either and Im trying to get them to take out the full amount instead of the small amount they deduct....the small amounts make the rest add up to a ton, its so freaking hard to get out from under a payday advance place isnt it? The economy sucks and whats worse is I cant rely on tax refunds, they say I owe! such is life :) Good luck :)

Don't let this company try to railroad you. They will give a fictitious address of 623 Main Street, Hunkins Plaza, Charleston Nevis, West Indies. When you contact the tourist bureau in West Indies, they will inform you that no such company exists.

You do have certain specific rights under your state laws. Check with your office of the Attorney General of your state.

If a company is loaning you money they have to abide by the rules of the state in which they issue the funds.

If you file a formal complaint with your state's Attorney General's Office, we might be able to put this fraudulent company out of business.

If I were you I would close that account asap! This company is not licensed to lend in FL. Click the link below to learn how to deal with illegal lenders.

these people told me that i would be charged with a class c felony if i did not pay. i want to pay them back, but need time. a class c felony has to do wth homicide, armed robbery ect. ask them to be on recorded conversation from the get go so they can be held responsible for false threats!

I had the misfortune of dealing w/ this company. I found out the hard way that their so called "refinance fee" seems nothing short of extortion. When I tried to pay early over the phone they refused to accept payment. I finally had to resort to having my bank refuse payment for this company.

If you are smart you'll have nothing to do with them. They are abusive and I dare say the only loan you can get that is is worse is from a mafia loan shark. Beware!

You claim that you used to work for Vince Enterprises. Would you go on record about that? Anonymously of course. I would love to put them out of business for good.

I hate to say it bud, but you've been scammed. You're best bet is to have you're bank refuse payments.

when trying to assist son with his "loan" we went to bank upon which loan payment being drafted. The bank said all three of my son's loans had same vendor number, meaning all same company. The other two were named Shamrock Ltd and DJR Group.

You are correct. They are hassle free if you actually listen to them give you the loan and then read your loan documents! It is not the company's fault when you dont have money to pay back the loan. Its just their job. They explain everything thouroughly and provide you with loan documents. :p

I applied for ONE payday loan through a very reputable company last month. I have an online account to view all my info, and they are very clear and reasonable with their polices. About 2 weeks later, $300 randomly appeared in my bank account from Vince Enterprises, and I didn't notice it right away. I had no emails from them, and I could't find anywhere to access my account online. So far, they have deducted two $90 payments from my account. I finally found a number for them and called today, and was informed that I still owe $390. The loan was only for $300 and I have already paid back $180, yet somehow, I still owe $390. The representative informed me that they charge a $90 service fee every two weeks that does not go toward the principle balance on the account. You have to actually call 3 days before your service fee is scheduled to come out, and make a payment of at least $50. They will apply that payment and reduce your service fee to $75. There is no way around the service fees. So you pay$125 in order to have $50 actually credited to your account. Plain and simple, these people are absolute crooks. It turns out they did email me, but it's under the name Prestige Group Marketing. Clear as mud, right?

there phone number is 877 878 2700

do not borrow money from them! I had to close my bank account and switch banks after paying them nearly 2000 dollars back on a 500 dollar loan.

I checked my bank account online today and found a deposit of $300 from Vince Enterprise.  I never requested a loan from them nor did I ever authorize any such deposit.  I called them immediately (Prestige Group Marketing 1-877-878-2700) and disputed the loan. They said my information was somehow received by completing a survey online (although I was out of town for a funeral service and had not been online for a week).  They immediately cancelled my loan and are withdrawaling $300.  No fees.  It is a very weird situation though.
