Anybody ever hear of Myoco Financial Services. Anything at all would help.

Yes im sure. I got a letter from them saying that i was picked in a lotto of numbers that i knew nothing about. They sent me a real check for 2500 and said it was for the fees associated with my winnings. It said they would be sending me another check for 45000 soon after. This is a real check.

No it is not a real check! You will cash it and it will clear and then they will ask you to send them a lesser amount for processing. You will send it and the check will come back as counterfeit. You will be responsible to the bank for paying back the money. Take it to the bank it is drawn against or to the post office as mail fraud. Sorry to burst your bubble but it is a scam! I bet the lotto was in England and the company is in Canada.

I decided to google the company and came up with your post. I got that same check and letter. One thing I'm sure of is that 'North American Utilities' would have no reason to hold a lotto, or have an extra 25mil to spread around to us lucky winners. If it were real, we'd get another notice, not just from a financial service wanting to 'save us trouble'.
Glad to see another one out there. I love the internet.

I also recieved a check and letter from these people. What is so disturbing is the check looks so real. I contacted these people and they sound very unprofessional with no real answers. Do not cash these checks, this is a scam, they are not real.

I too have received a check in the mail. My boyfriend had taken it to a local bank and they said that the check was real but the lotto wasn't. Tried to serch the internet for this Myoco Financial Services but keep coming up empty handed. I am so glad to see that there are other people out there that are in the same boat as me.

Has anyone tried to call the Wells Fargo Bank and let them know what is going on?

I too received a check. It was for $3400.00. Claiming it was for processing fees for a sweepstakes that had a drawing on December 3rd. Claiming that I had won $70, 000.00. The Myoco address shows as P O Box 35137 Houston, TX 77479. When I searched it with the address, it comes up as Myoco Pipeline Co. Wells Fargo is the issuing bank. The correspondence shows to come from P O Box 7689 Ottawa, Ontario K2G 0B3. Boy was I fooled. It looks so real.
